Who is the Applicant?
Track A: Qualified Specialists (Fachkraft): electricians, welders, plumbers,
installers, finishers with diploma/certificates
Track B: Assistants (Helfer): general construction and finishing work with practical experience
Men and Women | Age: preferably 22–48 years
Candidate Requirements
Experience: preferably over 2 years in the specialty/construction
German: A1–A2 (sufficient for starting)
Medical certificate (fitness for physical work)
Certificate of no criminal record
For Track A (Fachkraft): diploma/professional certificate + proof of practice (references/recommendations)

Resume (Application/CV): 1–2 pages (specialization, experience, projects)
Short Cover Letter (as required by employer)
Passport (copy)
Medical certificate + certificate of no criminal record
Qualification documents (for Track A): diploma/certificates/courses; proof of experience (references, recommendations)
Additional for profession (if available): welder — certificate/inspection according to ISO 9606 standards; electrician — list of works/permits

Employer's Offer
Official employment contract under German law
Full-time employment: typically 40 hours a week
